The architecture behind the name d.B.Art is a direct reflection of my own journey, where sound and writing are almost inseparably intertwined. At its most intimate level, the name emerges as the phonetic materialization of The Bart, the poetic figure from my book The Chronicles of Salis Lux. Just as in literature this character has the mission of synthesizing deep teachings through poetry, d.B.Art assumes this role in the sonic field, transforming wisdom and reflection into audible frequencies.
From a technical and sensory perspective, the name also makes a direct reference to dB (decibel), the unit that measures sound pressure. For me, this represents music that is not limited to being heard but must be felt, carrying the necessary force for the message to resonate with impact in the listener's chest. Ultimately, the name solidifies itself as a true Database of Art, functioning as a collection where I concentrate all my musical creativity in a curation of timeless frequencies, designed to transcend the superficiality of the system.
